Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about inspection, pricing, shipping and buying — before you message us.

Vehicle inspection & condition

Is every car inspected before it's listed?

Yes. Every listing carries Korea's official performance & condition inspection record, reproduced unaltered on the car's page — covering liens and clear-title status, accident and panel condition, mechanical checks, and odometer verification.

What does it mean when a field shows "not available"?

It means that specific check wasn't recorded for this car — never that the car passed. We only show a result as positive when the record actually states it.

Can I see the original Korean inspection document?

Yes — the scanned official record is shown in full on the car's detail page, alongside a plain-language summary.

Are all the cars left-hand drive?

Yes. Every car sourced from Korea's domestic market is factory left-hand drive.

What if a car has accident or repair history?

If the inspection record shows accident, repair, or replaced-panel history, it's shown on the listing exactly as recorded — we never hide or simplify it.

Pricing & currency

What currency are prices shown in?

You can view prices in US Dollars, Euros, Russian Rubles, UAE Dirhams or Saudi Riyals. The Korean Won listing price is the source; the conversion is approximate, based on rates updated weekly.

Is the price shown the final price?

It's a close estimate, not a locked-in quote. The exact price and currency are confirmed with our team once you get in touch.

Does the displayed price include shipping, duties or taxes?

No. It covers the vehicle only. Shipping, import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are separate and vary by destination.

Why is the price higher than the original Korean listing?

A service margin is included in every displayed price to cover sourcing and support — it's applied consistently, not negotiated car by car.

Shipping & customs

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Every car is exported from Korea by sea, using RoRo (roll-on/roll-off) or container shipping, to destinations across the Middle East, Latin America, the Balkans, Russia and neighboring countries.

How much does shipping cost?

Cost depends on your destination port and shipping method, so we confirm an exact figure when you contact us rather than publish a single rate.

How long does shipping take?

It varies by destination. Our shipping page gives a typical range for your region, and we confirm a more specific estimate when you reach out.

Does the shipping estimate include customs duties or import taxes?

No. It excludes destination-country duties, taxes, customs clearance and inland transport — these vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility.

How do I know if a car meets my country's import rules?

Where we've researched it, we publish country-specific guidance (age limits, steering requirements) on our import guides — otherwise, ask us directly before you commit.

Buying & how it works

How do I buy a car from EncarExport?

Message us on WhatsApp or live chat about the car you're interested in. We'll confirm its price, availability and current condition, and talk you through next steps together.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can browse and search every car freely; when you're ready, contact us directly about a specific listing.

Is there a deposit or online payment on the website?

No. Nothing is paid through the site — payment and next steps are agreed directly with our team once you get in touch.
