We collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, searches and filters used. If you choose to contact us, we also receive what you share with us - your message, your WhatsApp number or Crisp chat details, and the car you asked about. This is used only to respond to your export inquiry.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat advertising pixels may also be used for this purpose. Where the law requires it - for example in the EU, UK and Switzerland - this data is only collected after you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. Elsewhere it is enabled by default, and the banner explains how it is used.

If you arrive from an ad, the link may carry an identifier - such as Google's gclid, gbraid or wbraid, Meta's fbclid, or TikTok's ttclid - or a utm_ parameter, that tells us which campaign brought you here. When you've accepted cookies, we store this identifier - linked to a random id generated for your visit - so we can measure which ads lead to a genuine inquiry.

EncarExport runs its own business accounts on platforms including TikTok, using each platform's official tools for publishing (for example, TikTok's Content Posting API). Where publishing requires an access token, that token belongs to EncarExport's own business account, is stored securely on our servers, and is used only to post our own car-export content - every post is reviewed by a person before it goes live. We do not use this access to log in visitors, read follower or audience data, or use TikTok data for advertising or profiling. If that changes - for example, if a TikTok analytics or advertising pixel is added to the site - this policy will be updated before it ships.

We use a small number of essential cookies to remember your cookie choice and your selected display currency and language. Analytics and advertising cookies from Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat follow the consent banner - opt-in where the law requires it, and on by default elsewhere. You can limit them at any time through your browser's cookie controls.

We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is used only to run and improve this site and to measure our own advertising.
